Pisco Sour
3 oz. Tabernero Pisco
1 oz. lemon juice
1 oz. sugar or sugar syrup
½ egg white
6 ice cubes
Dissolve the sugar in the pisco before adding the lemon juice. Then mix all ingredients in a blender including the egg white. To serve, top with two drops of angostura bitters.

Pisco Tonic
2.5 oz. Tabernero Pisco
½. oz. lemon juice
3 to 5 ice cubes
Tonic Water
Put the ice in a long glass, add pisco and lemon juice, and fill with tonic water. Decorate with a round slice of lemon.
Pisco Chilcano
2.5 oz Tabernero Pisco
2 drops of angostura bitters
¼ oz. lemon juice
Ginger Ale or 7up
Ice
Put the ice in a long glass, add pisco, lemon, and angostura bitters, and fill with Ginger Ale. Decorate with a round slice of lemon.
Piscapuccino
½ oz. Tabernero Pisco
1 cup of capuccino
Sugar
Just add pisco to your cappuccino.

1 oz. Tabernero pisco
2 oz. Pineapple juice
2 oz. Orange juice
½ oz. grenadine syrup
Ice
Put the ice in a brandy glass. Mix the ingredients in a blender and pour the mixture in a glass. Decorate with a round orange slice and a cherry.
