Pairing

Pairing is a group of qualities of wine and its potential, with the plate ingredients and preparation. It is the marriage between wine and food.

This month, we would like you to taste and analyze the following pairing:

Blanc de Blancs Tabernero, with salmon carpaccio and toast with a touch of gruyere cheese

Gran TInto Tabernero (red wine), spit-roasted suckling pig and potato sauteéd in butter
